Some Clients think they are locked into an Agreement, when in fact they are not. Whilst there are many agencies who would like you to believe that you are locked in for the term of your tenants’ lease. This is not correct.
Here at Champions in Real Estate, whenever a landlord wishes to transfer their portfolio to our care, we handle the changeover from start to finish. All you have to do is sign some paperwork. This paperwork can either be emailed or we can visit you personally. The whole process is really easy and stress-free.
Here’s how easy the process can be for you:
You inform us that you’d like us to takeover the management of your property portfolio
We contact your current agency, inform them of your decision and request the required paperwork to be sent to our office.
We check and fill in the paperwork on your behalf.
You sign your copy along with a written notice to terminate your agreement (which we prepare on your behalf).
We forward the notice to your agency and arrange to pick up your property file and keys from their office.
We notify your tenants in writing. Then, we welcome them personally via phone and walk them through our latest services.
Champions in Real Estate becomes your new management agency (as of the agreed date). No more for you to do but let us take care of your property portfolio.
We arrange a property inspection to update the existing condition report (if required) and keep you informed each step of the way.
